“Flower Power” A Parade of Unity, Joy, and Divine Anticipation

There’s something holy stirring in the city of Toowoomba.

As petals unfurl and streets come alive in a symphony of colour, this year’s Carnival of Flowers Floral Parade is more than a spring celebration—it’s a prophetic declaration of flower power in full bloom. And we’re not just talking about dahlias and daisies.

We’re talking about the power of God’s presence moving through His people, the beauty of unity in diversity, and the joy that bursts forth when the body of Christ walks together, not in uniformity—but in love.

This is the kind of power that breaks down walls, opens hearts, and says, “Come and see what the Lord is doing!”

At Christian Events Toowoomba, we believe every public moment is a Kingdom opportunity. And this year, the parade isn’t just a float-by event—it’s a living, breathing act of worship, a joyful procession declaring that hope is alive and that the Church is blooming.

This year, we march with joy. We build with purpose. We parade with promise.

With churches across the region coming together, our presence in this year’s event reflects more than creative design—it reflects a spiritual truth: God is on the move in Toowoomba.

We are thrilled to be joined by:

  • Living Grace Church
  • Base Family Church
  • Victory Life Toowoomba
  • Christian Life Community Church
  • Emmanuel Lutheran Fellowship
  • Faithlife Church
  • Lifestream Church
  • Holy Name Catholic Church
  • Church With No Walls
  • Withcott Community Church
  • Emmanuel Church Australia

This is not just a lineup. This is a living testimony.

Together, we are creating a float that is more than beautiful—it is prophetic. A picture of a Church rising in bloom, planted in Christ, rooted in hope, and reaching out in love.

And we are praying that every flower, every smile, and every step of the parade would carry the fragrance of heaven—a whisper to every soul watching that God is near.

So join us. Cheer us on. Pray with us.
Let this year’s Carnival of Flowers be remembered not just for the beauty of nature—but for the beauty of what happens when God’s people move together.

The Church is not just in the parade.
The Church is the parade.

With love, colour, and Kingdom joy,
The Christian Events Toowoomba Team 🌸

Well done Victoria, on an amazing website. Great to see what Gods people are doing in the region. Walking in love and unity. By this shall all men know that we are Gods disciples.
